The Company

C.N.I. General Contractors was formed in 1994 by two friends who wanted to build a few “quality homes” a year. Today, the company (a licensed Class A General Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, License No. 2705039916A) has grown to eight full time employees, and utilizes some of the most talented subcontractors and mechanical trades in the region.

We serve Central Virginia homeowners within a 45-minute radius of our Lynchburg office in order to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to our clients' needs. Continuous daily progress, frequent communication, and timely completion are crucial to the success of any custom building or remodeling project. We pay close attention to detail and perform every project with as little disruption to the homeowner's daily activities as possible. Our staff takes special care to maintain as clean and quiet a setting as possible during the construction process.

Our Team

We are a team of full time construction and remodeling professionals: designers, computer-aided draftspersons, craftsmen, carpenters, estimators, as well as subcontractors and suppliers, striving to provide you with the very best in residential remodeling and new home construction. Safety Training Pays Off!

Each month, our employees participate in safety meetings that stress jobsite safety practices. Although CPR and first-aid training are not required by OSHA for a company of our size, we provide yearly training and certification so that our employees can be better prepared for all types of situations.
